Everything you need to know before you book

Our sessions take place at your home, Airbnb, office, or the beach!

We provide all necessary equipment including mats, weights, resistance bands, and any specialized equipment needed for your session.

Wear comfortable athletic clothing and bring a water bottle. Workout can be done barefoot or with grip socks. We recommend bringing a towel and arriving 10 minutes early to get settled.

We recommend booking at least 2 months in advance to secure your preferred date and time, especially for group events and weekends. For Motive membership sessions you can book 24 hours in advance.

Cancel 15 days or more before your scheduled session and no additional balance will be due unless your Booking Agreement says otherwise.
All private bookings have a $350 minimum, collected as a non-refundable deposit to reserve your event. Standard travel fees are included in this minimum. Your booking is confirmed once the deposit is paid and the Booking Agreement & Liability Waiver is signed.

Our group sessions accommodate 1-45 participants. For larger groups, we can arrange multiple sessions or a custom event. Contact us for details.

We offer various add-ons including IV therapy, professional photography, custom gift bags, and catering. Contact us to customize your event experience.
